Returns: .Because our Plaque Art is virtually unbreakable, returns are only accepted in cases where the order is incorrect. Any problems should be reported to our us within three days of receipt of the merchandise at houseofart@coastalnow.net or call us at (912) 572-3165 or 3164. Upon which time the return may be approved. All returns must be given prior approval or they will be refused. There are no refunds.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancelled Orders: Orders may not be cancelled at anytime.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via priority regular mail, UPS, or Fed Ex. Orders are only shipped to residences in the United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Refused/Undelivereable Orders: Please do not refuse orders. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Back Orders: Back orders ($49.99) will be shipped. Back orders 45 days old will be cancelled. If you do not want a back order to be shipped, please notify us. The majority of our orders are shipped complete.
Final Sale: All sales of merchandise are final and payment in full shall be in accordance with all other terms, conditions and agreements stated within this policy. All persons, company or legal entity executing or submitting orders is liable for any legal fees, services, and/or costs arising out of or associated with judgement rendered by Pictureman Art & Frames.
